Every pro submits a Ghana Card or passport, proof of address, and three references — verified before they take a single job.

Trades show certifications. Creatives show portfolios. Service work needs three years of provable experience. We check it all.

Pros must hold a 4.3+ rating to stay active. Drop below it, and we pause the account until coaching is complete.

If the work wasn't completed to spec, we'll dispatch another vetted pro at no extra cost — usually within 48 hours. If you'd rather walk away, we'll refund you in full and absorb the loss ourselves. The pro's payout pauses until the case closes.
